This Privacy Policy explains what information BinaryFunding, operated by Yellow Funds New LLM Search WY Company (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), collects when you use quotexfunding.com, how we store it, and how it is used. By creating an account you agree to the practices described here.

- Account information — your name, email address and country, provided when you register (or supplied by Google if you sign in with Google).
- Verification information (KYC) — where required for payouts or account verification, the name on your government-issued identification. You confirm at registration that the name on your account matches your ID.
- Payment & payout details — records of challenge purchases and the USDT (TRC20) wallet address you provide to receive payouts.
- Trading & account activity — the trades, results, balances and challenge progress generated within your account.
- Support messages — the content of messages you send us through the in-app support widget or by email.
- Technical data — basic session data stored in your browser (local storage) to keep you signed in and to remember a referral code if you arrived through a referral link.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and operate your account and run the evaluation program;
- To process challenge purchases, calculate profit splits, and pay out withdrawals;
- To verify identity and prevent fraud, multiple accounts, or rule circumvention;
- To respond to your support requests;
- To send service-related communications. Marketing and promotional emails are only sent if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
3. How Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored using Supabase, our managed database and authentication provider, which hosts the account, challenge, payment and support records that power the platform. Access to this data is restricted by row-level security and administrative controls so that users can only access their own records.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information is only processed by the infrastructure providers required to operate the service (such as our database/authentication host and, where you use it, Google sign-in), and where we are required to do so by law.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser local storage for essential functions only — keeping you signed in and temporarily remembering a referral code from a referral link. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
6. Data Retention
We retain account, transaction and payout records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; some records may be retained where required by law.
